Customers may request cancellation of their vehicle number plate order only before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once the order has entered the production or dispatch stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where payment has been successfully completed but the order has not yet been processed. Refund requests made after order processing or dispatch are not eligible.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
In case of failed transactions where the amount has been debited but the order was not confirmed, the refund will be initiated automatically as per bank or payment gateway policies.
We advise users to stay alert against fraudulent communications. We will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, or payment details via email, phone calls, or messages. Any such communication should be reported immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
